Ensuring maximum heat efficiencies and a rapid heat-up time, the Electrolux Professional 900XP 400mm wide Gas Fry Top is crafted with a special burner design. The horizontal mild steel smooth plate with removable splashguard and thermostatic control guarantees even heat distribution, while the surface is able to prevent the absorption of cooking juices into the plate. As a result, this unit is effective, easy to clean and provides an aesthetically appealing look.
