Ensuring maximum heat efficiencies and a rapid heat-up time, the Electrolux Professional 900XP 800mm wide Electric Fry Top is crafted with a special element design. The sloped mild steel plate, 2/3 smooth and 1/3 ribbed, with removable splashguard and thermostatic control, guarantees even heat distribution while the surface is able to prevent the absorption of cooking juices into the plate. As a result, this unit is effective, easy to clean and provides an aesthetically appealing look.
