The Culinaire® range of temperture controlled Ambient Food Displays are designed to present food in peak condition at all times. Fan-forced refrigerated air gently circulates within the cabinets, creating a unique temperature-controlled climate for your products. Access to the rear is via double-glazed sliding doors, which are fully removable for easy cleaning. Toughened glass is used throughout to ensure the safety of your staff and your clients. Front and rear removable crumb trays are provided for ease of cleaning. The Ambient cabinet can be integrated into a row of matching profiles comprising heated and refrigerated Culinaire® display products.
