Designed to allow braising and steaming to occur simultaneously, the Electrolux Therma Electric Tilting Pressurised Bratt Pan with touch pad controls, cuts cooking time almost in half, producing more food, in less floor space. The 170 litre capacity two zone cooking surface, enables better flexibility, while the possibility of overnight cooking saves both electricity and time. A temperature sensor is fixed to the underside of the cooking surface, to provide accurate and efficient temperature control.
